Operating as a dba of Garrich Industries Ltd est. 1978, Winco Contractors is an excavation and site work contracting company, with a proven history of reliability and completed on time projects.

Excellence in Action

Winco performs extensive construction prep work in the areas of Site Excavation, Street and Road Construction, Asphalt and Concrete Paving, Road Construction, Curbing and Utility Construction. Winco has been involved in construction of major projects in San Antonio such as the utility and drainage channels, and exclusive residential projects.

Our experience includes projects overseen by the Army Corps of Engineers, projects for various school districts and municipalities and privately owned construction. We have performed contracts as a sub-contractor and a general contractor.

Our management is a combination of professionals with a wide variety of project experiences and vibrant talent. We employ many tools to assist in the project bidding, planning and execution phases, including various computer programs, a GPS system and thorough pre-construction planning meetings.
