Cecil Sorsby, Estimator for Winco Contractors has over 19 years of experience in the construction industry working as a laborer, a layout assistant, a grade setter, and an estimator/project superintendent. Cecil’s extensive experience in the estimation process provides Winco with the detailed information required to plan and successfully execute a project. He works closely with management to provide each prospective client with a bid that will meet all of their requirements at a reasonable price. He develops relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the best possible service for Winco’s clients.
