RICHARD WINKLER, Partner

Richard Winkler, Owner/Partner of Winco Contractors has over forty-five years experience in various aspects of the construction process. As the Partner in charge of Field Operations, Richard is integrally involved in each project undertaken by Winco. He works with the Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure that the work is completed on time with the highest quality of workmanship and with the Estimator to ensure that all aspects of the project are considered and planned for during the bidding process. This attention to detail at all stages reduces the need for change orders or stretched time schedules during the execution of the projects.
